Award winners will be selected based on:
- How well the product FITS with your needs,
- Your SATISFACTION with the
product / service, and
- The IMPACT the product /
service has had on your ability to interact with customers.
- Note: Awards are not
based on the number of votes!
2. Who
judges the products and services? (top)
As the program name suggests, the
judges are the users of customer management products and services.
If you use customer management solutions, we encourage you to become
a User Judge. It takes about two minutes (per product) to complete
the ballot.
3. What
are the Users Choice Awards? (top)
The Users Choice Awards is a "best of class"
recognition for customer relationship products / services based on
the judgments of the people who actually use them. The program is
sponsored by the CRMAdvocate industry initiative.
4. How
do I enter my company to be judged? (top)
Please submit your company's products / services for the Users
Choice Awards using this on-line
form.

and services, you can be a User Judge.

are vendors promoting the program? (top)
Vendors may promote the program though informing their install base
and/or customers. A standard form must be used in promoting

what category will my product be placed? (top)
You will enter your product in a category when you
enter, however the entry is subject to review by the program
manager. You will be notified if your entry is not accepted.
