The sooner you enter your product, the sooner you can start getting your installed base to start judging! Now it's time to stand up and be recognized. (Criteria for Judgement)

Please submit your company's products / services for the Users Choice Awards using this on-line form. The cost of entry is $199/product. Save $100 per entry. Enter by March 22, 2003 and get the Early Bird rate of $99/product! The entry process helps to:

Establish a point of contact for each company.
Establish how many responses constitute a meaningful sample size.
Communicate how companies can help promote the program.

Provide a 50-word description of the product that will be used for your installed base to identify your product.
Number of Customers (this is used to make sure we get a representative percentage of your installed base voting. Multiple votes from one company count as one vote unless different installations are specified as part of the company name. This information is kept confidential to the program managers. It will not be disclosed.)

Program Rules
Failure to comply with the program rules may disqualify the company (and all products) from the Users Choice Awards program.

Registrants may not participate in the voting process, nor may they attempt to influence user voting in any manner.
To compete for an award, a product must receive votes from at least 20% of the companies in the installed base with a maximum required number of 30 and a minimum required number of 10 companies completing ballots.
Registrants are encouraged to communicate the program to their installed base within program guidelines. All registrant communication regarding the Awards Program is limited to form letters and standard web information supplied by the Users Choice Awards Program and must include at least 50% of the product's installed base. Award rules are subject to change. Changes will be posted to this web site.
